White 20-400 PP Phenolic Cap
Our PP White Phenolic Cap features a PP(Polypropylene) Polycone liner. These durable ribbed Phenolic plastic caps have high tensile strength and are made to be durable. For instance, Phenolic Caps are mainly used in environments that use corrosive chemicals and liquids. This makes it an ideal closure to handle against aggressive products that contain hot temperatures and acids.
Above all, our Phenolic Cap comes with a natural-colored PP (Polycone liner). Therefore, this Polycone liner is cone-shaped and placed inside the cap. Once on the container, this liner acts as a wedge that seals the top of the cap with the neck diameter. This creates a tight seal on the bottle to trap out oxygen and prevent leakage. In addition, Polypropylene has great heat resistance with an extremely high melting point of (320 degrees Fahrenheit or 160 degrees Celsius)
